Argentine Singer Gerard Flores

Come and hear him sing a short tango set at 10pm

 Gerard has an extensive vocal career including studying at the  “Instituto
Ricci”. Starting and the “Instituto de Comedia Musical Valeria Lynch”.
In 2010, Gerard studied vocal performance in the United States under the direction of Brad Raymond at the University of Texas. At the same time, he studied Jazz and Hip Hop at Ballet Austin with professors Kathryn Waggoner and Boo Ruiz.
His work experience includes the children’s musical comedy “Lucia la Maga” directed by the internationally recognized Valeria Lynch, which toured for three years throughout Argentina. He also performed in the musicals “Jesus de Nazareth”, “Kolbe”, and “Hechos”. In 2007 and 2008 Gerard performed on “Susana Gimenez”, the highest rated television show in Argentina for over 25 years. During the following two years he starred in the musical “El Caballero Enduendado”.
Beginning in 2009 Gerard released the CD “Gayres, Tango Electrónico” under the Warner Music Label. In 2010 Gerard began writing and producing a new television series project “Sin.Ceros”. During 2011 Gerard performed regularly at the famous “Casino de Puerto
Madero”. In 2012 he performed in “Tango Vesre” (Inverted Tango) singing for the first time in United States. He also participated in commercials broadcast in Belgium, Spain, and Paraguay. When Gerard is not performing, he enjoys teaching voice, dance, and theatre.
