 | | Irma (Folklore Argentino & Women Exercise & Health instructor) is Associate Director of the Outreach Program of the Center for Research on Environmental Disease (COEP) at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center at Science Park Research Division. She holds a DDS, PhD, an Elementary School Teaching degree. Back in Argentina, after she graduated as an Elementary School Teacher, she started at the Argentinean Folk dance school where she learned Argentine folk history and dances and got the certification as an Argentinean Folk dance Teacher. Even though she always was very focused on her doctoral career she never stop learning and enjoying the beautiful Argentinean Folk dances. For the past 6 years all these activities have resumed in producing and hosting a show related to health issues, especially prevention and healthy living ( Hablando de Salud/Speaking of health) and a show related to the culture of the south of south America ( Conosur) in KOOP community radio station.
