| | Anna (yoga instructor) began exploring yoga ten years ago while she was living and studying art in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Yoga offered a new way of approaching life with a focus on mental, physical and spiritual health. During that time she began her studies with Tias Little of Prajna Yoga with whom she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Over the years yoga continues to guide and nurture Anna as both a student and a teacher.
In addition to teaching yoga, Anna is a licensed massage therapist and enjoys bringing her knowledge of anatomy and therapeutics to her yoga classes. Through meditation, breath and body movement she offers her students a challenging yet calming practice in hopes of bringing mindfulness and peace into their lives. You’ll leave class feeling more grounded, open and aware of the inner workings of your body.
