| Diane's (Salsa instructor) passion for dance began at a young age while listening and dancing (some would call it hopping) to Portuguese music. She started taking formal lessons when she was four, initially in ballet, tap, and jazz. After performing for several years, her love for dance encouraged her to learn American ballroom. This is when she discovered the joy of Salsa! Since then she has focused on learning various Salsa elements to include spinning and following techniques, styling, shines, and Afro-Cuban movement.
