It is a fantastic and safe way to strengthen the deep torso muscles. The class will be open and fun with room for lively interaction as we learn about this powerful practice. Further details about the class will be provided upon registration. Who should do it: These classes are for everyone in the community! This session will be great for people who already practice Pilates or who have never tried Pilates at all. What to wear, what to bring: Wear clothes that you can stretch in. Please bring your own mat or a towel to lie on.
