About the program:
We will warm up some at the studio, go for a little walk and then stretch. Low impact, slow work out.
This class is geared towards ladies of all ages. If you feel out of shape or haven't worked out in some time: this is the class for you!

Who should do it:
Any woman in the neighborhood that would like to start gently into a fitness routine and get a chance to spend time with their neighbors.

What to wear, what to bring:
Wear something comfortable to move in and layers in case you get cold. Tennis shoes are recommended.
