Basic Pilates for Tango Dancers (non-tango dancers are welcome to join!)

About the Class: This class is structured and developed to help all dancers (from beginners to advance) take their tango to the next level. Rachel will strategically plan exercises that will encourage alignment, elasticity, strength, balance and other special elements crucial for Tango Dancers. Students will develop skills and physical awareness that will help target areas that students are working to improve in their study of tango. This class is not exclusive for tango dancers and is encouraged for anyone who wants to improve their physical health, sense of movement and wellness.

Who should do it:
Tango dances are extremely encourage to take this class! Any one and everyone, you can make this class as challenging as you want.

What to wear, what to bring:
Wear clothes that you can stretch in. Some mats provided. Bring your own if you have one or a towel to lie on.
