Who should do it: Any one and everyone, you can make this class as challenging as you want. What to wear, what to bring: Wear clothes that you can stretch in. Some mats provided. Bring your own if you have one or a towel to lie on. |

About Salsa Aerobics: Ladies, Ladies, Ladies, Move to the fun beat of Salsa Aerobics! Learn sexy footwork and flirty hips while you sweat. Available to all ages and all levels.
 About Latin Dance & Technique: Let's take our time and really learn how to use our bodies in dance. This class will touch on dance technique and Latin dance moves, from using our center to using our hips. We will also be learning a choreographed dance to maybe use later at an Esquina Tango demo. This class is for all levels, so please don't hesitate to join in this dance fun!!
What to wear, what to bring: Wear something comfortable to move in. As for shoes... jazz shoes, tennis shoes or bare feet. Your choice! |

Who should do it: If you need help, support and motivation to get your health and shape back, this is the class for you! What to wear, what to bring: Wear something comfortable to move in and layers in case you get cold. Tennis shoes are recommended.

Monday (Note: We will not have Tai Ji Class on Monday, the 27th of may Due to memorial Day) Time: 5:15pm - 6:15pm Level: B Instructor: Kay Kennedy Fee: *See 'Weekly Programs' on our Rates page. Drop in any time or register in advance! About the Class: Class includes Chi Kung (Essential Exercises from China) - a preparation for Tai Ji. A short form called The Five Elements; and Tai Ji First Circle, Second Circle, and Third Circle. We practice to various kinds of music, using the music to expand the flow of Chi. Tai Ji is the form we practice to cultivate the Chi. It enhances balance, flexibility, and mind-body centering.
Who Should do the class: Anyone interested, regardless of Tai Ji experience, is welcome. What to Wear & What to bring: Students should wear comfortable,loose-fitting clothing, able to bend at the waist; can wear slippers (jazz shoes are good), socks, or bare feet, allowing for toes to spread easily. And students should come with Beginner's Mind.
