About the class: You will be introduced to traditional music, rhythms and styles of Belly Dance, along with breaking down and drilling basic arm, shoulder, chest and, of course, hip movements.
Who should do it: Two different levels offered for who have never tried belly dancing, for those for which it has been so long that you have forgotten, or for those that believe working on a strong foundation is the key to success! What to wear, what to bring: Wear something comfortable to move in. As for shoes... bare feet is the way to belly dance.
